Distance to the nearest residential area

Enter the shortest modeled separation between the facility and the nearest current or future residential receptor—not simply the distance to the property line.

Range: 100–3,000 feet in 50-foot steps

Native tree or plant replacement target

Enter the documented native replacement commitment. A percentage target is not the same as mature canopy on opening day.

Range: 0–100% in 5-point steps

A visible, weighted screening score.

The rubric weights residential distance at 70% and the native replacement target at 30%. Distance below 1,000 feet keeps the result in a study or rethink category.
